Filing a claim is easy: Go to claims.route.com, enter your order number and email, and Route’s team will take care of it.
Claims are usually handled fast — often within hours.
You don’t need to contact us first — they sort it directly.
Not everyone adds Route, and that’s totally fine. If you’re the kind of person who rolls the dice on shipping, go right ahead. But if you’d rather not deal with courier runarounds, Route gives you a shortcut to resolution.
