All US orders ship from our warehouse in Pleasant Grove, Utah.
It’s a tight, efficient operation — not a massive warehouse, but big enough to keep birds moving. From here, we ship to all 50 states (and internationally!) using reliable carriers like FedEx, DHL, and occasionally USPS for remote addresses or PO boxes.

Our warehouse ships orders Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

If you’re outside the USA, you’ll want to use your local Metalbird store (like metalbird.co.nz, metalbird.com.au, or metalbird.co.uk) for faster, cheaper delivery and better regional service. They also have different collections of birds that nest in their country.
