We get it — sometimes you hit "Buy Now" a little too fast.
If your order hasn’t been packed or shipped yet, we’re happy to help with changes or cancellations. Use out online chat and see if someone is available to help you, otherwise just email [email protected] or please visit our Order Management portal as soon as possible and request a cancellation in the subject line, with your order number and exactly what needs adjusting. Don’t wait — once it’s in the hands of the shipping team, it’s too late to change flight plans.
