We do — a limited range of official Metalbirds is available on Amazon USA. If you’re not buying from there or from metalbird.com, or through one of our partner resellers, you’re not buying the real thing.

If you’ve seen our birds on Temu, Wish, Walmart.com, AliExpress, or anywhere else that screams “bargain bin”, those are counterfeit. No license. No ethics. No quality. Just cheap imitations knocking off our original designs — and doing a bad job of it.

We hear from people every week who’ve been stung. They thought they’d scored a Metalbird. What turned up was a sad, flimsy bit of tin the size of a teabag, bent in the box and sharp in all the wrong ways. It’s frustrating — for them, and for us. These sites even rip off our product photos and descriptions to add insult to injury.

Here’s how to spot a real one:

• Made from 3mm Corten steel, not cheap pressed metal

• Full-sized and full-weight, not something that disappears in your hand

• Ships from the USA, not a mystery warehouse in Shenzhen

• Backed by a real team who answers emails and cares
